– Sempack has no snap-on option
\n– 2 collar sizes available : 24\/410 & 38\/400
\n– Same collar as Doypack is already under development phase
\n– Other collars could be developed on demand according to the cap wished
\n– For Sempack in 24\/410 collar, 2 specific caps developed: a standard and a flip top.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the printing options ?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]- Digital printing for batches from 5,000 to 50,000 units \u2013 no color limit<\/p>\n

– Helio printing (from 50,000 pieces) \u2013 up to 8 colors[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the MOQ ?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]- 200ml : 10 000 parts in digital printing<\/p>\n

– 300ml : 5 000 \u00a0parts in digital printing<\/p>\n

– 600ml : 5 000 \u00a0parts in digital printing[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the lead times ?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]- With digital printing : around 10 weeks<\/strong> for 10,000 units<\/p>\n

– With helio printing : 14\/16 weeks<\/strong> for 10,000 units[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are the material options ?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]- Multilayer film made with the same types of material as standards flexible pouches on the market (food contact, with oxygen\/light\/moisture barriers, etc.)<\/p>\n

– Sempack can be transparent or fully printed<\/p>\n

– Today, available in : OPP\/PET Alox\/PE – PET\/Aluminium\/PE – Full PE*<\/strong>– Full PP**<\/strong><\/p>\n

SEMPACK will be tested with green renewable films (Braskem sugar cane material). Validation pending\u2026[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is SEMPACK biodegradable ?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]No.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are you selling empty packaging or are you selling machines which are able to do this pack?” style=”simple” color=”violet”]At the moment, we provide pre-formed and printed empty pouches, and we do not\u00a0<\/strong>fill them.<\/p>\n
